Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) from our Customer Service team before shipping the item back.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Special-order items

Items for which the manufacturer or supplier does not accept returns
Restocking Fees

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee based on the product category and condition.

Restocking fees will be disclosed when you request your Return Authorization.
Refund Process

Contact Customer Service of your Sales Rep to request a Return Authorization.

Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Use the return shipping label provided (if applicable) and send the package back.

Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Provide photos and order details for faster resolution.

We will provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund, unless they contain non-cancelable products (temperature-sensitive items, vaccines, injectables, special-order items, Items for which the manufacturer or supplier does not accept return).

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return if they meet the conditions above.

Free Ground Shipping on qualifying orders over $150 within the contiguous United States.

Temperature-sensitive products requiring overnight delivery

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Backordered or special-order items may require additional time.

Standard ground delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
