Shipping and Delivery Policy:

We offer various shipping options, including standard ground shipping and expedited services. Orders over $250 qualify for free ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Please note the following exceptions:

• Bulky items

• Products requiring overnight shipping due to temperature control

• Certain specialized equipment

Free ground shipping excludes expedited shipping options and the above exceptions.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. However, shipping and processing times may be delayed for items that are backstocked or not readily available in our warehouse, as some products or brands require additional time to restock. In such cases, customers will be notified of the expected shipping timeline. Standard ground delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

Return Policy and Process:

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unopened and in their original condition. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and a shipping label. If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return following our return policy, unless it falls under the category of non-returnable items as specified above. For subscription orders, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery.
